Whilst we will always strive to give the best possible service to our customers, some factors Please note that couriers are still not guaranteeing a next day delivery though 95% are being delivered on time. Unfortunately, we cannot give refunds on late deliveries as this is outside our control, we will however continue to monitor deliveries and chase the couriers should the delivery not be on time.
We offer free delivery on all orders over £85 excluding VAT. Most free delivery orders will be delivered within 1-3 days. You can however expediate delivery to a next day service for orders placed before 12 noon by paying an extra cost for the delivery.
All orders under £85 Ex VAT excluding delivery will carry a cost of £5.25 and £5.95 excluding VAT, depending on how urgent the order is required. Free deliveries and charged deliveries apply to the UK mainland only. Please call or email us for delivery costs outside of the UK mainland.
We will do our utmost to deliver items in the required time but as we use couriers we can never guarantee that this will always be the case. Once the item leaves our warehouse we will endeavour to track it and call the couriers to ensure the items are delivered on time, but we would appreciate a call or an email if the item has not been received in the expected period of time.
