We offer free delivery on all orders over £85 excluding VAT. Most free delivery orders will be delivered within 1-3 days. You can however expediate delivery to a next day service for orders placed before 2pm by paying an extra cost for the delivery.

We will do our utmost to deliver items in the required time but as we use couriers we can never guarantee that this will always be the case. Once the item leaves our warehouse we will endeavour to track it and call the couriers to ensure the items are delivered on time, but we would appreciate a call or an email if the item has not been received in the expected period of time.
Please note that all deliveries to Northern Ireland will incur a delivery charge.
Deliveries to Northern Ireland or any European Destinations are send on a DAP basis (Delivered to Place), this means we are not responsible for any duties, taxes clearance charges.

Returns are excepted on most items (please see website for exclusions). Returns must be logged with us within 7 working days of the receipt of the order and returned to us within 14 working days.
Returns are at the expense of the client unless we have made an error with the order. All items must be unopened and in perfect selling order as received.
If the cartons have been opened we cannot then resell them as new, so a full refund will not be given on returns
Most items will be taken back if they are delivered back to us at your cost. You will also be responsible for the delivery cost incurred by us to send the item to you, the cost of this could be anywhere between £5.25 to £5.95 excluding VAT.
All items must be returned to us within 7 days of receipt and must be in its original condition including all product packaging.
